Absolutely nothing. Any compensation given to your Agent is paid by the builder as a marketing expense, and has no impact on the final cost of the home.  Builders typically expect and encourage Realtor participation as evidenced by the availability of the listings in the MLS service.

Are there any savings?

As Your Agent, I will work to assure you are getting what you’ve contracted for, both in quality and value.  Because of my 10 years of experience with builders, I know what you should receive and what extras might be available to you.

When you use me as your Realtor to assist with building, YOU are represented. My experience, knowledge, and reputation represent strength and leverage on YOUR part as YOUR best interests are my responsibility.

I know you are building not only for today but for tomorrow as well, and encourage questions on such items as site location and builder reputation. Also, I will assist with design and décor selection to maximize your enjoyment of your home as well as attaining the highest appreciation at resale.
